About Us

I have owned and managed Dean House for 3 years, letting to students and local working people. I have prior experience of letting and managing properties (including residential and commercial) in the Sunderland area for my family. I am well versed in all legalities of ensuring that the house is up to standard in terms certification. This includes the HMO, EPC (Energy Performance Certificate) and Gas Safety Certificate (CP12).

I have a good working relationship with South Tyneside College (STC) in terms of placing students in Dean House and have built up a good reputation as a Landlord. I have had students (as well as local people) returning for other courses and they have in turn recommended Dean House as a decent place to stay.

If any tenant has a problem or any issues, I will always try my best to resolve them.

As well as being a Landlord, I was a few years ago a tenant myself, so I know what sort of standard and service people expect when letting property and rooms.
