Rates for Dean House

The cost of the rooms varies depending on the size and where the room is situated. A deposit of £60 is required. Students are required to pay 4 weeks minimum in advance as well as the deposit. For overseas students booking in advance, payment can be made directly into my bank account or through Western Union before arriving at the premises.

All rooms have 1 bed with clean bedding, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and desk and office chair. Some rooms have a TV. If there is no TV one can be provided depending on availability. A kettle can be provided upon request, though most rooms have one in them.

Rent includes all gas, electric, council tax and water rates. The house is cleaned every 2 weeks. All rooms apart from the bedrooms are cleaned.
